You may return your purchase within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. Please initiate a return process via Amazon as all Truffol products are currently only sold via Amazon Prime in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
We do not accept exchanges for another color or style. If your Truffol product is damaged, please see our warranty section below.
1. Please email email@example.com to submit a warranty/replacement claim. We will process your request within 2 business days.
2. Our support team will evaluate each situation individually. Most situations fall into the following categories:
a. If it appears to be an obvious defect (fault on our part), we will send you a replacement without you having to send in the defective part. We will pay for shipping the replacement.
b. If the situation is not covered by our warranty terms, we reserve the right to refuse support.
c. If the situation warrants a closer look, we will ask you to send in the defective item. You’ll need to take care of the shipping costs for sending back your case. You are responsible for any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. If we determine that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, we will ship the Product back to you, at our expense. If we determine that there is a warranted defect in the Product, we will, at our option, remedy the defect either by maintenance or replacement. We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to us.
