2. Product Pricing Disclaimer
I. Product prices on the Truffol website are subject to changes without notice. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you choose. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, when total price changes due to tax changes or site errors after confirmation of your order, we will notify you by email or phone and you can decide whether to cancel the order.
II. Prices for temporarily out of stock items are valid for only one week. If you placed an order for an out of stock item and the price of the item changed when restocked, we will notify you of the new price and let you decide whether to proceed before charging your credit card or Paypal account.
Wooden/Bamboo Products
Due to the natural properties of wooden and bamboo products, every product will be unique and no two will be identical. The natural properties of our wooden and bamboo products, including but not limited to, surface patterns, surface texture, and dimensions, are not covered by our limited warranty.
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our wooden and bamboo products, no two products will be completely identical in dimensions. Each product is hand-tuned to a perfect fit and assembly by our expert craftsmen.
Shipping
1. Who is your delivery partner? How do I track my shipment?
Our orders are handled and shipped by Hong Kong Speedpost. You can track your order at this link.
2. How do you calculate shipping costs?

3. How long does it take to ship my order?
Most shipments are delivered within three to six business days after placement of order. In the event of poor weather or traffic conditions or unexpected natural disasters, your order might not arrive within six business days. Remote islands or destinations might take longer to deliver.
I. Shipments to office addresses, if dispatched on weekends or holidays, will be postponed to the next business day. Shipments to residential addresses are not affected by this.
II. The estimated delivery time is for reference only. Truffol cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the stated timeframe. Order processing or payment confirmation delays could hinder the delivery process.
4. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No we do not.
5. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order is limited to one shipping address. Please place multiple, separate orders for products destined for different addresses.
6. Additional Notes
I. If your order has not arrived after 21 days, you can request a full refund or a re-shipment. Please contact us at .
II. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for incorrect mailing addresses.
III. In the event that a package is returned to Truffol due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address or the customer’s failure to collect the package in time, the customer may either request a refund, less USD $20 for shipping charges that Truffol incurred, or the customer may get charged an additional USD $15 handling and shipping fees for Truffol to resend the package.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, you will not be able to change or cancel it.
4. Can I modify my delivery address after placing and order?
Please contact customer service immediately (info@truffol.com). If your shipment has not been dispatched, our service team can help you change your delivery address.
5. Out of Stock Items
If your purchased item is out of stock, we will automatically cancel your order and notify you via email. You will not be charged for any undelivered items.
6. Online Payment Disclaimer
Truffol will not assume liability for any losses or damages (including any indirect and consequential losses and damages) incurred as a result of any online transactions executed on Truffol’s online platform, due to, including but not limited, the following reasons:
I. Any failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or restrictions, related to transmitting information or data amongst banks and third parties when processing credit card payments;
II. Any errors or omissions related to the transmission of information or data that took place in the payment channels mentioned in (I);
III. Any failure or malfunctioning of the aforementioned payment channels in (I); Or
IV. Any related or consequential issues.
