Returns
You may return your Signature series product within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. You may return your Autograph series product within 45 (forty-five) days of purchase.
Returns are not available to products marked as final sale or personalized products.
Note that the customer (you) is responsible for return shipping.
How the process works:
1. Email us at: info@truffol.com with your order number and any additional comments. We will process your request within 2 business days.
2. Your return package will be destined to either our California or Hong Kong address depending on your location. We will notify you via email while we send you your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation.
3. You MUST write your RMA number on the package box, or your package may not be opened.
4. You’ll need to take care of the shipping costs for sending back your case. Truffol recommends that you ship your returned products to Truffol via a trackable shipment method. You are responsible for any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
5. Once we receive your package and confirm its contents, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The amount of time it takes to reflect the refund on your bank statement depends on your bank.
6. You MUST return your products in their original packaging, or you will be charged with a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for another color or style. If your Truffol product is damaged, please see our Warranty section.
Warranty
The Signature series come with a 180-day warranty. The Autograph series come with a 45-day warranty.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original authorized sales reseller is required for warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from 3rd party sellers at online sales auction sites.
Truffol warrants that the Signature (the "Product") will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 180 days from the original purchase date ("Limited Warranty Period").

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
• Normal wear and tear of Product use
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Product that has been modified or altered
• Any product that is not manufactured by Truffol (including, without limitation, any non-Truffol product that is used in connection with the Product)
Warranty Procedure

2. Our support team will evaluate each situation individually. Most situations fall into the following categories:
a. If it appears to be an obvious defect (fault on our part), we will send you a replacement without you having to send in the defective part. We will pay for shipping the replacement.
b. If the situation is not covered by our warranty terms, we reserve the right to refuse support
c. If the situation warrants a closer look, we will ask you to send in the defective item. You’ll need to take care of the shipping costs for sending back your case. You are responsible for any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. If we determine that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, we will ship the Product back to you, at our expense. If we determine that there is a warranted defect in the Product, we will, at our option, remedy the defect either by maintenance or replacement. We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to us.
